Colorado at last!!
We began our descent and before long realized that the mountains ahead were the Colorado Rockies (this photo was 10 miles from the border).

It was great to meet you both when you were on your way from Riverside,WY to Walden, CO. We're glad to hear you made it up Hoosier Pass, not that we ever doubted. We're the non-Trans Am touring cyclists from Colorado who were amazed to stumble accross the Trans-Am in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. We did make it to Elk Mountain, WY and back to Boulder, CO, our home, but it was a long, windy trek with 30 miles on gravel. I have a greater appreciation for antelope now. Happy biking to the east coast!
